AI‑Generated Artwork: Empowering Creatives and Elevating the Promo Experience

AI‑generated artwork is becoming a powerful resource for creatives producing logos, illustrations, brand visuals and award mock-ups.  And more of these designs are now being supplied by clients for use on promotional products.

This shift is unlocking faster concepting, bolder ideas, and entirely new creative possibilities. To support that momentum, we’ve introduced updated artwork guidelines designed to keep the process smooth, safe, and brand‑ready.

For example, if you’re using your preferred AI image‑generation model to mock up a promotional product or award, please include in your prompt a request for a list of the fonts used in the output and ensure that each logo that appears in the mockup is supplied as a separate file. It’s important to remember that AI‑generated images are not automatically production‑ready. Depending on the final use, logos, graphics, and layouts may need to be rebuilt in vector format to meet print and manufacturing standards.

 

Whether your artwork is hand‑drawn, digitally built, or created with AI, it must be owned by you or properly licensed.

And because AI tools can sometimes echo existing brands or characters, we ask that any AI‑generated elements be disclosed at submission. This transparency helps us verify usage rights, flag potential copyright or trademark conflicts early, and ensure your design is fully cleared for production.

If a submission raises concerns or resembles a protected mark, production may pause — but our team is here to help. We can assist with revisions, redraws, or complete redesigns to keep your project moving without compromising brand integrity.
